Written for people who need to know whether an assumption they made last quarter still holds. Four to six pages, sourced throughout, with a short note when something breaks between issues.
We do not write about developments we cannot source, and we do not fill an issue to meet a schedule. A thin month gets a thin brief.

The questions clients keep bringing us
Our published analysis follows the questions that actually arrive rather than the news cycle. The recurring ones:
- Which approvals have to be initiated before an entity is registered, and what it costs to discover that in the wrong order.
- How the export enterprise and domestic market enterprise classification propagates into ownership limits, incentive eligibility, and your ability to sell locally later.
- What power reliability means for a precision line, as opposed to what grid statistics measure.
- Where a stated regulatory timeline and an observed one diverge, and which of the two to plan against.
- Whether a zone's headline incentive survives contact with your actual cost structure.

If something we published has since been overtaken by events, we correct it in place and say what changed. Nothing on this site is quietly revised.
